Morgan & Reid delivers across Australia and New Zealand. Our products are dispatched from Australian warehouses using trusted delivery partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

We operate as an online store and do not offer warehouse pickup.
Shipping Costs
Australia
- Free Standard Shipping on Morgan & Reid products to most Australian locations
- $12.95 Standard Shipping for Archive items to most Australian locations
Due to significantly higher carrier costs, different shipping rates apply to some regional and remote locations. Your exact shipping rate is calculated automatically using your delivery postcode and, where applicable, the total weight of your order.

These amounts are the total Standard Shipping charge, not an additional surcharge on top of another shipping fee.
Orders below the applicable regional weight threshold continue to receive the normal shipping rate. Your final shipping cost will always be shown at checkout before payment.
Express Shipping
Express Shipping is available for eligible Australian orders:
- Orders up to 5 kg: $20.00
- Orders over 5 kg and up to 10 kg: $35.00
Express Shipping may not be available for some regional and remote postcodes or for orders above the applicable weight limits. Available delivery options are shown automatically at checkout.
New Zealand
- Free shipping on Morgan & Reid products
- $12.95 flat rate shipping for Archive items
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment.
Dispatch Times
Most Morgan & Reid orders are dispatched the next business day.
- Orders placed Monday to Thursday are typically dispatched the following business day.
- Orders placed from Friday afternoon through the weekend will be dispatched Monday.
- Dispatch does not occur on public holidays.
If a product has a different dispatch timeframe, it will be clearly shown on the product page.

Delivery timeframes below are estimates from the date of dispatch.

- Sydney Metro: 1 to 2 business days
- NSW & VIC: 2 to 3 business days
- Regional NSW & VIC: 4 to 7 business days
- Adelaide: 2 to 3 business days
- Regional SA: 4 to 7 business days
- Queensland: 2 to 4 business days
- Regional QLD: 4 to 7 business days
- Western Australia: 7 to 10 business days
- Tasmania: 4 to 8 business days
New Zealand

Tracking
All orders include tracking.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also track deliveries easily using the Australia Post app.
Important Delivery Notes
- Delivery is not available on weekends or public holidays.
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing checkout.
- Incorrect addresses may result in delays or redelivery fees.
Missing Parcels or Delivery Issues
If your order is missing, delayed, or arrives damaged, please submit a claim through our customer support portal within 7 business days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos where applicable
If you selected Checkout+ package protection at checkout, your parcel is protected against loss, damage, or theft while in transit.
Pre Orders
If your order includes a pre order item, your order will ship once the pre order item becomes available.
If you would like in stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
Pre order dates are estimates and may change due to shipping or production delays.
If a pre order is cancelled, refunds are issued as store credit.
