Morgan & Reid delivers across Australia and New Zealand. Our products are dispatched from Australian warehouses using trusted delivery partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment.

Dispatch Times

Most Morgan & Reid orders are dispatched the next business day.

  • Orders placed Monday to Thursday are typically dispatched the following business day.
  • Orders placed from Friday afternoon through the weekend will be dispatched Monday.
  • Dispatch does not occur on public holidays.

If a product has a different dispatch timeframe, it will be clearly shown on the product page.

Delivery timeframes below are estimates from the date of dispatch.

Australia

  • Sydney Metro: 1–2 business days
  • NSW & VIC: 2–3 business days
  • Regional NSW & VIC: 4–7 business days
  • Adelaide: 2–3 business days
  • Regional SA: 4–7 business days
  • Queensland: 2–4 business days
  • Regional QLD: 4–7 business days
  • Western Australia: 7–10 business days
  • Tasmania: 4–8 business days

New Zealand

  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days

Tracking

All orders include tracking.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also track deliveries easily using the Australia Post app.

Important Delivery Notes

  • Delivery is not available on weekends or public holidays.
  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing checkout.
  • Incorrect addresses may result in delays or re-delivery fees.

Missing Parcels or Delivery Issues

If your order is missing, delayed, or arrives damaged, please submit a claim through our customer support portal within 7 business days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos where applicable

If you selected Checkout+ package protection at checkout, your parcel is protected against loss, damage, or theft while in transit.

Pre-Orders

If your order includes a pre-order item, your order will ship once the pre-order item becomes available.

If you would like in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

Pre-order dates are estimates and may change due to shipping or production delays.

If a pre-order is cancelled, refunds are issued as store credit.
