About Checkout+
Checkout+ is optional cover from Redo that you can add in your cart. The price is shown in the cart, and you can check out without it.
Checkout+ offers two ways to give you extra peace of mind with your order:

Checkout+ free returns & package protection (Australia + New Zealand)
When you select this option, you’ll get free returns or exchanges on eligible items, plus full package protection against loss, theft, or damage. If your order contains a mix of eligible and non-eligible items, only the qualifying products can be returned or exchanged for change of mind, but package protection applies to everything. -
Checkout+ package protection only
If your order contains items that cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind (such as Archive and Sale items, or opened hygiene items), you’ll still get package protection for your whole order, even though free returns won’t apply to those items.
Terms & conditions:
Please note: Archive and Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. For hygiene reasons, once opened or removed from their packaging, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind:
- Pillows
- Quilts
- Comforters (once removed from their vacuum packaging)
- Mattress protectors
- Mattress toppers
- Electric blankets
- Under blankets
- Blankets
If your order contains any of these items, Checkout+ free returns and exchanges will only apply to eligible products in your purchase, but package protection will still cover your entire order.
This applies to change of mind returns and exchanges only. It does not affect your rights if an item is faulty. Faulty items are covered under the Australian Consumer Law whether or not you add Checkout+.
