Shipping
Free shipping on Morgan & Reid products to most locations in Australia and New Zealand.
Archive and Sale items have a flat rate shipping fee of $12.95, and some regional and remote locations have different rates.
Your shipping cost is always shown at checkout before payment.
Dispatch Times
Orders are dispatched the next business day from our Sydney warehouse. Orders placed from Friday afternoon through the weekend are dispatched on Monday.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order
You can change or cancel your order yourself for 1 hour after placing it, using View your order in your order confirmation email. After that, email hello@morganandreid.com.au with your order number as soon as possible.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email. If you cannot find your tracking information, please check your junk or spam folder.
If your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, email hello@morganandreid.com.au with your order number and we will help.
Missing Items
Some orders may arrive in more than one parcel. If part of your order has not arrived, please check your email for additional tracking information.
