Pre Orders

Pre-ordering allows you to reserve items before they arrive in stock. If a product is available for pre-order, it will be clearly marked on the product page.

How Pre-Orders Work

1. If a product is available for pre-order, you will see a Pre-Order button instead of the standard Add to Cart button.
2. Complete your purchase as normal through checkout.
3. Your order will be dispatched once the item arrives at our warehouse.

Ordering Multiple Items

If your order includes both in-stock items and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available.

If you would prefer your in-stock items to arrive sooner, please place them in a separate order.

Estimated Dispatch Dates

Dispatch dates shown on product pages are estimates.

Occasionally delivery timelines may change due to circumstances outside our control, such as shipping delays or supplier shortages.

If there are any significant changes to your pre-order delivery date, we will keep you informed.

Stock Shortages

If a pre-order is affected by a stock shortage, we will contact you with available options, which may include:

• Waiting for the next incoming shipment
• A store credit
• A refund

Pre-Order Cancellations

If you cancel a pre-order before it has been dispatched, the cancellation will be treated as a change-of-mind cancellation.

All pre-order cancellations are issued as store credit for the full order value.

Store credit is valid for 12 months from the issue date.
