Returns & Exchanges

At Morgan & Reid we want you to feel confident shopping with us. This policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

All returns and exchanges must be submitted through our Customer Returns Portal.

To start a return or exchange, please submit a request through the portal linked on your order confirmation.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging with all labels attached
  • Packaging must not be ripped, opened or damaged

Return Options

  • Store Credit — for the full product value paid (excluding shipping). Store credit is valid for 12 months.
  • Refund — less a $12 restocking fee. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

Items Not Returned in Original Condition

If an item is returned and the packaging has been opened or damaged, but the product itself is still clean and unused, we may offer one of the following options:

  • Return the item to you at your cost
  • Deduct 30% of the product value and issue a partial refund or store credit

Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons:

  • Pillows
  • Quilts
  • Mattress protectors
  • Mattress toppers
  • Electric blankets
  • Under blankets
  • Blankets
  • Archive / clearance items

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

To request an exchange, please submit your request through our Customer Returns Portal.

If the replacement item has a price difference, you will either be charged the difference or issued store credit.

Return Processing Time

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow 7–10 business days for inspection and processing.

Return to Sender

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel, a $20 reshipping fee will apply.

If you choose a refund instead, a $12 restocking fee plus any carrier return costs will be deducted from your refund.

Faulty Products

If your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe.

Once assessed, we will provide a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible:

Once an order has been processed by our warehouse, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Checkout+ Returns Protection

Checkout+ provides additional protection and convenience when shopping with Morgan & Reid.

If you select Checkout+ at checkout, your order includes:

  • A prepaid return shipping label for eligible items
  • Free returns and exchanges through the returns portal
  • Package protection if your parcel is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit

If you opt out of Checkout+, you may still process a return through the portal, however return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Please note: Archive items and hygiene-sensitive products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
