They **** my order and were quite rude, the quality of this set is **** and feels horrible it’s not a nice cotton feel, feels like **** silky feel which I don’t like so won’t be using it

Just to clarify, this set is made from bamboo cotton sateen, which is designed to have a smooth, soft, slightly silky feel rather than the dry or crisp texture you might expect from a traditional plain weave cotton.

That silky finish is a normal characteristic of sateen fabrics and is exactly how the fabric is intended to feel. Many customers choose it specifically for that smoother feel compared to standard cotton bedding.

We are glad you liked the colour, but the fabric feel you described is consistent with bamboo sateen and how the product is designed.
